How does Product Testing work?
Members register on our website for products and opportunities that they would be interested in testing and then we select testers at random. Selected testers get to keep the product in return for a product review which we will then post on our Review Room and social media profiles.

A written review (500 words or more), video review (a minimum of a minute long) and photos.
How do I sign up?
You can register for products and other opportunities by selecting a product/opportunity and completing the registration in full.
Will it cost me anything?
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email for my account?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you have not received the confirmation email, please send us your email address using the contact form and we can manually activate your account.
How does Product Testing UK make money?
Do I get paid to submit a review?
We do not pay for member reviews. Selected testers get to keep the product for free in exchange for a review.
Do I have to register more than once per product?
Do I have to complete any of the offers to register for Product Testing?

How do I change my address details?
You can change your address in the ‘My Account’ tab.
I am having problems sending my review to you, what can I do?
Can I be chosen again for testing?
How long do I have to complete the review?
Reviewers have 7 days from receipt of the letter and product to complete their review and send it to us.
What happens if I can’t complete the review in time?
Please let us know if you require an extension using the contact details in your reviewer letter.
Where will my review be posted?
Your review will be used in our Review Room and posted on our Social Media Profiles.
How can I unsubscribe from affiliate emails?

How do I clear my cookies and cache?
My postcode is invalid, what do I do?
We are unable to accept addresses which are associated with Business Premises. You can check your address using the Royal Mail Postcode Finder.
If you have an alternate residential address then you will be able to enter this on our system fine. We always check addresses prior to sending anything out, so if this address is not where you would like a product to be sent if you are selected, then we will be able to alter this at the time.
Why am I being asked to log in again?
If you have a Product Testing account, please make sure you log in before you click on a product to register.

How do I stop seeing Gmail Adverts in my promotions tab from Product Testing?
You can block/hide adverts from Product Testing if you no longer wish to see them. You can also find more information on how to remove unwanted adverts in G-mail here.
How do delete my account?
Please submit a contact form with your full name and email address that you registered with, we can then delete your account for you.
